MOUNTAINEERING ITINERARIES:

1. For Terich Mir,  Nowshaq,  Istor –o- Nal and other peaks around Terich Concordia:

 

Day One	Arrival  in Islamabad.
Day  Two	Briefing and other preparations.
Day  Three	Flight to Chitral early in the morning
Day Four	Departure for Shagrom	6 hour drive
Day Five	Rest and porter arrangement/acclimatization
Day Six	March  to Shekhniak	5-6 hour.
Day Seven	March to Shughoor baisoon	5-6 hr
Day Eight	March for Istor- o- nal  base	5-6 hr
Day Nine	March to Babu camp/Terichmir BC	4-5 hr

 From this camp you may decide your strategy to the base of the peak of your choice.

 

     Day  one  to  day three as above. [ from Islamabad to Chitral by flight ]

[This itinerary takes only two day trek to the BC. of more than 20peaks above 7000m …an easy access]

Day four	departure  for  Zondrangram by jeep	5 hours
Day five	rest/arrangement of  porters/acclimatization.
Day six	march to Duru camp	7-8 hours

 
from this camp you may either branch off to south & south-east  Saraghrar, [the victory  route of the 2005  Swiss expedition ]  Datti Zom [unclimbed,  Burishomo Zom [unclimbed], Sucai Zom [ unclimbed], etc. This section is ideal for trekking
 
Day seven:   from Duru to Totiraznokuh:   5-6 hr.   This is a permanent BC. The team may proceed to Udren Zom or  Shakawer, or Langutai- Barfi, or Langar Zom or just start rock climbing over the stunning west face of  Saraghrar [ 3000m rock wall]…ideal/ big challenge for rock climbers. all > 7000m peaks at  your feet. A destination  of  unique attraction.

* The easiest  route to a >7000m peak lies on the south face of  Saraghrar…a gentle  ice climb
